Job Description: Estate & Facilities Manager
We are looking for an experienced Estate & Facilities Manager to join the team for an 18 month fixed term contract.
Location: Candidates will ideally be based in either Somerset or Wiltshire as the role will predominantly cover these areas; however, there will be responsibility for some workspaces in Hampshire and London, so candidates should be happy to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of three direct reports, all experienced team members who will support to get the job done.
2. Ensure the successful delivery of numerous projects over the next 18 months, adhering to budgets and timelines.
3. Support the delivery of the workspaces roadmap across the regions, including acquisitions, disposals, and refurbishments.
