We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Retirement Living Scheme Manager on an ongoing, temporary basis in Ormskirk contracted at 35 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
* Effective people management of onsite team, ensuring service delivery standards are maintained
* Allocations, lettings and void management
* Low level ASB and arrears management
* Health & safety compliance management, working with colleagues in Asset Management and ensuring repairs are monitored
* Maintaining a positive environment for resident engagement, including arranging, promoting and leading at customer meetings
* Listening and responding to feedback as well as responding to informal complaints within agreed timescales
* Working in partnership with on-site businesses, local authorities and other third parties and stakeholders.
* Managing and maintaining the safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of customers, including daily wellbeing checks
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience of working in a similar housing setting/environment with a good knowledge of housing/tenancy management legislation and principles
2. Experience of allocations, lettings, low level ASB & arrears management
