We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our Costs team as Trainee Legal Costs Assistants. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate Legal Costs Schedules with the aim of ensuring maximum recovery of Legal Fees and Disbursements.

Responsibilities
* As a Trainee Legal Costs Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing Schedules and Bills of Costs, to include Litigation Schedules such as Costs Budgets, Estimates and Statements of Costs for Trial/ Applications.
* Negotiation of Legal Costs and Disbursements.
* Issuing Part 7 and Part 8 Proceedings. Making Applications.
* Liaising with Legal Teams.
