Head of Organisational Learning, Development & Inclusion Salary: £63,288 - £70,322 Location:Northallerton HQ and ability to work from home We have an incredible opportunity for a Head of Organisational Development & Inclusion. This is a brand-new Senior Leadership role, that will have responsibility for shaping and implementing the overall direction of Learning, Development, Diversity and Inclusion for the force. You will lead strategic development and operational delivery throughout the organisation, ensuring adherence to national policies while cultivating an environment of inclusivity and engagement. ? Collaborating with key stakeholders to Develop and deliver a wide-range of frameworks and solution focused interventions to build broader organisational capability in advancing cultural and organisational change, leadership capacity and employee engagement. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about making a difference in shaping a positive and inclusive culture that supports future leadership capabilities as well as the well-being of our staff to enhance services to our communities. ? Key Deliverables of the role: Lead the development and delivery of organisational development and learning strategies to support the strategic and operational plans for the force. Lead, direct and manage the organisational, learning, development and inclusion teams. Work in partnership with organisational leadership teams, provide expert advice and guidance on all OD matters, including effective strategies for creating a high performing and positive working environment. Develop a strategic framework within which skills training and development needs are identified and the most effective learning solutions are delivered to ensure an appropriately skilled workforce. Instigate and champion activities and interventions to foster an inclusive culture where diversity is valued. Actively work with key stakeholders relating to organisational development to ensure appropriate delivery and alignment with the organisations Workforce Plan. Ensure interventions and activities have appropriate measures in place to evaluate impact ensuring learnings are captured and a culture of continuous improvement is embedded. Ensure efficient and effective use of budgets and resources and achievement of financial targets. What you will bring to the role: ? You will be a credible leader with significant relevant experience of successfully leading complex organisational learning, development, and inclusion projects in a large dynamic organisation. ? Youll be an engaging and inspirational communicator with highly developed networking skills with the ability to form effective working relationships at all levels. Educated to degree level (or equivalent), with professional qualification in Organisational Learning and/or, Development or Inclusion or equivalent experience. ? Experience of organisational performance design and delivery assurance along with a proven track record in service development and achieving improvements in standards and performance balanced against costs.
