We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team, overseeing retail fit out projects in the Norfolk area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled construction professional with retail experience to take on a key role in delivering high-quality projects to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage on-site operations for retail fit out projects
2. Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed
3. Coordinate subcontractors and direct labor
4. Maintain project schedules and quality standards
5. Liaise with clients and stakeholders
6. Complete regular site inspections and reports
7. Manage site logistics and material deliveries
Minimum Requirements
1. 2-3 years’ experience in retail fit out
2. CSCS card
3. SMSTS certification
4. First aid certification
Desirable Qualifications
1. IPAF certification
2. PASMA certification
