KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Line Feeder is responsible for picking/kitting Production Works Orders & tasks that help the flow of production. Responsibilities also include organizing the kitting area & using the ERP system to transfer stocks from warehouse to production. Responsible for the Kitting of Works Orders for the Production Supervisor and ensure physical Kanban activities are coordinated in line with the Warehouse Manager. Support the production workflow by sorting waste into the relevant recycle areas. Maintenance of the Warehouse for a clean, tidy and H&S environment, in line with IOSH. Working closely with Production Supervisor & Warehouse Manager to support stock requirements, fulfilments & replenishments, in line with business demands. Support the Warehouse Manager with stock maintenance and location management in line with Production requirements and non-Production stock. Regular maintenance of ERP system in ensuring stores data is accurate & all business processes are followed in line with the Warehouse Manager Support with monthly/ quarterly and annual stock checks in line with Finance/ Supply Chain requirements. Learn & operate key Warehouse tasks such as Goods in/Dispatch & Inventory counts, to act as cover for annual leave. Learn & operate key Production tasks such as assembly, packing & testing, to act as cover for annual leave. Support the maintenance and upkeep of equipment used in the warehouse. Safe working practices within the warehouse Flexibility may be required to assist with Production Operative related activities. Flexibility may be required with working hours to support receipt and logistics arrangements.
