Job Title: Floating Support Worker - Regional Floating Support Service Location: Southern Health and Social Care Trust area The Service: Our client delivers a range of services that enable individuals with disabilities to fully engage in their communities. The Floating Support Services ensure that clients can live independently in their homes. Purpose of the Job: Provide housing-related support to individuals with physical disabilities, health issues, or brain injuries to help them live independently and maintain their tenancies. Personal care is not required for this role.
