If you're a dedicated and passionate individual with a love for sports, this is the perfect role for you In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Sourcing and managing data General office support Creating marketing materials and resources Support the in-house email marketing team Creating social media posts on the major social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Creating blog content Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £16,000 per annum Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, this role is 100% office based 28 days annual leave Smart dress code The opportunity to attend events A superb and very supportive working environment Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: A strong interest and understanding of a wide range of sports with a particular passion for either football, cricket, horse racing or rugby. Excellent understanding of social media platforms and current trends. Excellent level of written and spoken English Strong communication skills, being proactive, outgoing, a willingness to learn and to ask questions. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Creative flair Able to generate ideas and put them into practice. Existing knowledge of using social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok would be beneficial Existing knowledge of using Canva or Adobe Suite would be beneficial Existing knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut or Capcut would be beneficial Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and Grade 4/C in GCSE English Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
