Office Based, Commutable from Sudbury, Colchester, Ipswich, Braintree, Chelmsford, Thetford and surrounding areas
Are you from an Engineering or Technical environment within leadership looking to take control of a field service department that has huge opportunity to grow and scale? You will be given full autonomy to create your own environment to provide a high-quality expert service to customers with the scope of further progression.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the team's growth, where you will work closely with the directorship team within a specialist engineering provider, taking the current team of 15 to 22 in the next two years, all whilst further progressing your career and having the chance to put your own stamp on the role.
This company has been established for 30 years and has established itself as a European manufacturer leader of bespoke spray booths, where they have a very low staff turnover due to truly valuing their team.
This role will suit a Leader with Engineering or Technical experience looking for full autonomy to champion management and curate their own culture to provide expert customer service.
The Role:
1. Overseeing SLA, KPIs and Profitability with full autonomy to make the department what you see best
2. Working with 10 Engineers and 4 back office staff with the intention of growing the department to 22 staff
3. Further training and career progression to Head of Service
The Person:
1. Previous Engineering Management or Leadership experience
