Our client are looking for a highly organized and efficient Medical Secretary to ensure the smooth operation of our medical office and contribute to the outstanding care we deliver to our community. This is a temporary ongoing role.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Scheduling Appointments: Manage patient appointments efficiently, coordinating with medical staff to ensure timely scheduling.
* Patient Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for patients, handling phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about our services.
* Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
* Billing and Insurance: Manage billing processes, verify insurance information, and assist patients with billing inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
