Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)? We are looking for dedicated SEN Support Staff for full-time and part-time roles across Burton-on-Trent and Stretton.
About the Role:
You will be working in specialist SEN settings, supporting students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and SEMH. Your role will involve assisting with learning, behaviour management, and emotional support, helping students reach their full potential.
Requirements:
✅ Experience working with SEN students in UK settings
✅ A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young people
✅ Ability to adapt to different learning needs and behaviours
✅ A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Driving is preferred but not essential if you're comfortable using public transport
