As an Achievement Mentor, you will work with small groups of up to six learners at a time, establishing what they need to achieve and how to develop their skills and attitudes to be successful. You will help identify their needs, set targets, and work with them to make progress on these targets, ultimately supporting them in achieving their qualifications, in collaboration with our Curriculum Teams. We are looking for someone who can quickly build rapport with students using a variety of assessment techniques and maintain accurate records of attendance and progress. As an Achievement Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' achievement in their main qualifications and contributing to their progression into further education, employment, and promising futures.

As a Mentor, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their full potential and progress towards further education, employment, and bright futures. You will be focused on ensuring outstanding outcomes by constantly challenging and stretching your learners, with an unwavering commitment to high standards. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting student success within an educational setting, along with a strong understanding of working with diverse learners aged 16 and over. A background in education and a focus on learner achievement are essential. You should also be adept at maintaining accurate records of attendance and progress. * Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject area or significant sector experience
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Level 2 qualification
