Job Purpose
To support the seamless running of the bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated
Responsibilities
1. To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all items listed on each menu including ingredients, preparation and serving methods.
2. To provide a speedy, efficient and professional level of service at all times.
3. To have a thorough knowledge of all menu and beverage list offerings
4. To assist with all wet stock deliveries and help transfer stock from one department to another.
5. To maximize sales opportunities through good service
6. To ensure that all liquor stock levels are maintained and correct ordering procedures are carried out
7. To attend all compulsory training sessions.
8. To be hands-on and present in the bar at all times during service.
9. To ensure that all service ware is properly cared for, cleaned and prepared for every service.
