Job Role
Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, there is an opening for a Building Surveyor to join the Cardiff team. This role combines both professional services and project delivery across multiple sectors.
What you'll be doing:
1. Conducting condition surveys, defect analysis, and planned preventative maintenance schedules.
2. Leading refurbishment projects from concept through to completion, including project management and contract administration.
3. Managing projects valued up to £2m under NEC and JCT contracts.
4. Working across a variety of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Defence, Custodial, and Public Sector.
5. Operating independently, while staying connected with a wider collaborative team.

Requirements
1. MRICS Chartership
2. Proven project delivery experience and ability to manage responsibilities independently.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, and Excel (Microsoft Project and Revit experience desirable).
4. A practical, professional approach with a strong focus on quality and service.
