We have an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturing business as they look for a German speaking E-commerce Trading Executive to join their team. You will play a crucial role in helping manage and grow their portfolio of online marketplaces.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing their marketplaces daily to boost sales and profits across multiple product categories.
2. Maintain high standards for product listings to ensure content is relevant and to drive sales.
3. Regularly identify gaps in the product range and explore new opportunities.
4. Work closely with the digital team on sales plans, pricing, and product information.
5. Ensure customer service, feedback, and product rankings are optimised.
6. Analyse sales and performance with commercial and digital teams to maximise profitability.
7. Identify, analyse, and propose innovations, promotions, efficiencies, and new product opportunities to grow sales.
8. Build and maintain relationships with key online trading accounts.
9. Monitor and track competitor activities and pricing.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in German language – essential.
2. Previous experience in sales, retail or commercial marketing preferred.
3. Digital marketing or business-related degree, or qualified through relevant level and type of experience.
4. Proficient in IT software packages: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
5. Passionate about developing a career in a commercial sales environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A desire to learn and develop new skills in E-commerce.
8. Enthusiastic and a can-do attitude.
