Amore Complex Care are looking for empathetic and patient Mental Health Support Workers to help a young woman continue to live independently and grow as a person.At the request of our client, this role is Female only.What makes Amore Complex Care a great place to work:

Meet the person you will be supporting:
* Who am I and what challenges do I have? I am a lady in my late 20s. I live very independently, but have people support me with my mental health.
* What activities do I do, and what are my interests? I love walking and exploring the city, and going shopping to local parks. At home, I enjoy arts and crafts and chatting to the person supporting me. I also have guinea pigs.
* How would I describe myself? I am sociable, outgoing, and fun, but my mood can change quickly and I can get anxious.
* What sort of people do I get along with? People I can have a good chat with, who are non-judgemental, and understanding of me.
* Where do I live, and how do I get around? I live in a two bed flat in Sale, and use buses, trams or walk to get around my local community.
* What am I proud of, and what are my goals? I am really proud of everything I have overcome in the last few years and the progress I have made.
My team
* How many people support me at one time? I have 1:1 support.
* What shift patterns do my team do? Long days with sleeps.
* What are my team trained in? Specialist mental health and Asperger's awareness training.
