The FM team here WINNER is hiring a Operations Manager to cover multiple sites within Lincoln. The role will entail overseeing the operations of the cleaning services such as managing KPI/SLA, overseeing Profit & Loss, engaging with the Client regularly and helping grow other service lines.
Responsibilities:
* As an operations Manager you will be responsible for 23 sites within Lincolnshire, and 90 staff made up of supervisors and cleaning operatives.
* You will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing the cleaning staff ensuring they are delivering high levels of cleaning standards
* As an operations manager you will have full responsibility for Profit & Loss, KPI/SLA and client management
* You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans that meet client requirements and service standards
* As an operations manager you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
* You will ensure all sites are complying with health and safety regulations and company policies
* As an operational manager you will identify new opportunities to help the business grow and add other service lines such as Maintenance and security
Candidate:
* As an operations manager you must have past experience in overseeing soft services predominantly cleaning across multiple sites
* You must have Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* As an operational manager we are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* You must be proficient in MS Office and operations management software.
