The client is a leading construction business with sites across the UK
Description
Key responsibilities;
* Act as a strategic partner to site leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
* Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance.
* Deliver and embed key HR projects, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
* Provide actionable insights through HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices across all locations.
* Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE processes where required.
Profile
The ideal candidate;
* Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a multi-site and fast paced environment
* Proven track record partnering senior stakeholders at Director and Board level
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated success in delivering HR projects within tight time frames.
* Flexibility to travel frequently across the West & Midlands regions.
* CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification or equivalent experience.
Job Offer
On offer;
* £60,000-£65,000

* Hybrid working (roughly 3 days on site, 2 from home)
