Quick overview
We need a creative person who really likes admin.
A studio manager (with agency-side background) who can split their time 80:20 with organisation and steering versus editing, revising, and polishing.
Managing a team of x3 Designers and 1 Junior who needs nurturing, while working alongside the traffic manager (previous experience of managing creatives/designers is essential).
This role will ensure the work from the studio adheres to brand guidelines and checks that the team has done that. It would suit someone who started out as a creative (2-5 years as a Creative Artworker) as this will have a massive advantage. Not expecting this person to generate high-level productivity, maybe 20-30% of your time on small amends. Must understand the consistency of layout, styling, and have experience of being good at this across large documents.
Integrated work: print only 20%, more a mix of large reports and campaigns with mixed assets, e.g., social media, so an understanding of integrated work is essential.
We need someone who would embrace the opportunities that AI can bring while recognising the need for care, rather than seeing it as a threat.
