* You will need to have an understanding of how to include our service users, partners and staff in our journey to outstanding.
* You will need to have the ability to think ahead, scan opportunities and innovation to improve the outcomes for young people, whilst ensuring effectiveness of the managers and workers in delivering good practice.
* You will have the skills to build relationships with key partners to understand and fulfil their corporate parenting responsibilities to our young people.
