We are looking for a dedicated individual who can play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to the residents. Each day will be different, requiring strong multitasking skills, the ability to prioritize, think creatively, and take initiative. You'll need to manage a variety of interpersonal and organizational tasks while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude. First impressions are everything, so you'll take great pride in your presentation and ensure the front-of-house area is clean, smart, and inviting at all times. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, organize tasks, and support the Assistant Community Manager to meet the overall objectives for the community, including assisting in the planning and execution of resident events.
As a leader, you'll set the leasing strategy for the property and manage day-to-day leasing operations. You will bring a proven understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service, with experience in team management, delegation, and organization. Your leadership will ensure the team remains highly motivated to deliver excellent service, positively impacting leasing goals and overall resident satisfaction.
Your key objectives will be to guide the leasing team toward achieving occupancy, revenue, and retention goals. You will handle all leasing activities, ensuring new residents are successfully onboarded, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction throughout their lease term. Additionally, you'll work on securing lease renewals and generating resident referrals.
If you're the right fit for this role, you likely:
* Have experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, sales, or marketing, with a background in customer service.
* Have supervisory experience and a proven ability to manage, delegate, and organize teams effectively.
* Excel at delivering exceptional customer service in a front-facing role.
* Have strong written and spoken English.
* Possess solid IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (training will be provided for our internal systems).
* Are skilled at building relationships with both new and long-term residents, as well as team members.
* Are an organized, efficient individual with excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
* Thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to an open and supportive team culture.
