You’ll also support EMEA-wide learning initiatives, ensuring they align with UK goals. If you're passionate about developing talent and making an impact, this role is for you What you can expect to be getting up to as a Learning and Development Business Partner Lead a range of TMOD projects including leadership and HiPo development, workforce analytics, succession planning, change management, capability training to improve team and organisation effectiveness. Oversee the performance management process in the UK including all elements of the Talent Cycle, ensuring fairness, transparency and alignment with organisational goals. Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders across the organization to align talent management and organizational design initiatives with business objectives and priorities. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives. Ensure we are fully utilising our Apprenticeship Levey Conduct return on investment (ROI) analysis to quantify the impact of talent management activities on business outcomes. Ensure continuity and readiness for future leadership transitions. This involves identifying high potential employees, providing them with development opportunities and creating pathways for advancement within Ingram Micro UK. Where required run workshops around Line Management, performance management either face to face or online training Stay updated on changes in legislation and proactively address any legal or compliance issues related to talent management and organizational design. In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience Proven experience in an Learning and Development or Talent Management role Experience in managing and driving change within an organisation, with the ability to adapt and implement new processes effectively.
