It is desirable to hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle with business insurance. To work in conjunction with the Business Support Manager for residential services portfolio within GreenSquareAccord Care & Support. Provide a high level of housing, business support & other related administrative requirements, in relation to aspects of the facilities & provide line management of Handypersons & Administrative Assistants associated in the designation. Maintain and protect the standards in accordance with current health and safety legislation & company policies & procedures. Lettings & voids, self funding contracts, verifying an liaison with POA/Deputies Housing management & income recovery Health & Safety including fire management Line management of the Handy Person & Administrative Assistant Quality & Compliance ensuring the safety of the building, monitoring repairs Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer. About you Essential The ability to use clear, direct language. Speaking and writing in clear English Excellent level in English Language & Maths (or Equivalent). Housing management experience including debt recovery experience. Allocations, lettings, and void control experience. Estate / facilities management and enforcing contract obligations Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation Experience of working with advocates and power of attorney`s Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Practical knowledge of Computer Systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook Desirable Experience of working with vulnerable people Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to prioritise work load. Experience of working with vulnerable people. Flexible and innovative approach to working.
