As a General Procurement Director, you will be responsible for leading the Supplier relationship management (at Chief Executive/‘C’ level) and the governance for supplier performance for the business.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
* Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to ensure effective control of Travel Spend.
* Work in partnership with Finance - Business Unit Chief Financial Officer’s (CFO’s) to provide reports for traveller behavior (to control spend and manage Demand in line with industry benchmarks).
* Manage America’s Travel Operations & Corporate Card programs including creation of, and adherence to established KPI’s, process optimization, and end-user support in liaison with General Managers and Business CFO’s.
* Drive increased adoption of e-booking and procurement system apps and utilization across the enterprise.
* Manage Travel & Expense relationships and service delivery with finance team and internal stakeholders (e.g. Tech team).
* Liaise with Global Ethics and Compliance to ensure risk management and duty of care (for this high-risk category).

* 5 or more years of global procurement experience
* Strong supplier governance experience
* Experience in risk management for supplier monitoring
Preferred Qualifications:

* Master’s degree
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Procurement experience related to Travel Expense categories
* Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
