Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Colne, near Burnley
Permanent
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 pa + bonus
I am recruiting for a well-established organisation in Colne who are seeking a permanent Customer Service Advisor to join their team ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to existing business customers, providing excellent customer service and spotting opportunities.
2. Generating leads for the sales team – the main duty of your role will be to do a service review with existing customers and look for opportunities for upsell – this will then be passed to the sales team to close the deal.
3. Developing excellent working relationships with business customers.
4. Liaising with customers via a number of communication channels, providing prompt correspondence.
5. Discussing the company products in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
6. Keeping the company database up to date and accurate.
7. Working within a target-driven environment.
8. Always providing exemplary customer service.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Skills, Experience and Attributes:
1. Previous experience working within a call or contact centre environment.
2. Ideally some experience working in sales or a target-driven environment – this role will be targeted.
3. A motivated self-starter, who wants to pick up the phone and is ambitious and keen to make sales.
4. Positive and professional demeanour.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
In Return, You Will Receive:
1. A salary of circa £25,000 pa - £26,000 pa.
