You will handle all aspects of complaints management, maintaining appropriate and relevant records, investigating the background and circumstances of complaints cases, and liaising with business units to reach appropriate resolutions. Communicating with complainants and/or their representatives both verbally and in writing, you will keep them informed and bring complaints to a conclusion.
