Job summary The Trust is looking for a flexible and enthusiastic a full time Reception Administrator (Mon to Fri) to join our friendly and welcoming Adults Assessment and Treatment Service. The team is based in Ifield Drive, Crawley We believe this offers far greater opportunity for individuals to develop a much broader set of skills and to experience a more varied role. As such, the post-holder will work within the Reception/Admin team, sharing a range of duties that support the running of the overall Assessment and Treatment Service. This role is varied, fast paced and very rewarding and involves contact with patients and carers both on the phone and in person. The successful applicant should have excellent customer service skills, good attention to detail and be flexible to cover their share of holiday and sickness when required. NHS reception experience is preferred but not essential, however experience in reception or other customer facing and administration roles is essential, as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
