We are looking for an experienced and competent Administrator to join our client based in Bingham. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving company and be the face of the business.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, office based.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000
The Role:
1. Manage client correspondence
2. First point of contact for clients via the telephone, email, and face to face
3. Prepare refreshments for visitors
4. Liaise with third parties to prepare necessary documentation
5. Book and manage meeting rooms
6. Manage office stock
7. Manage client payment processes
8. Oversee compliance throughout the business
9. Resolve customer queries
10. General administration
The Candidate:
1. Admin experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Able to juggle a busy workload
