European Business Development Manager
Prodrive Advanced Technology (AT) operates across a wide range of industries including automotive, defence, marine and renewable energy. We specialise in the design, development and production of a range of engineered products for the Automotive Sector to include: Active Aero and Suspension Systems; Intelligent Automated Vehicle Interior Systems; Niche Volume Special/Limited Production Vehicles.
We are seeking an experienced, driven individual, developing and converting your own sales leads, working closely with the wider business, particularly Commercial, Finance, Engineering and Production and a proven track record of winning business aligned to core strategic business objectives in the automotive sector, focusing both on systems and whole vehicles. The role will be predominantly field based, working throughout Europe and possibly beyond.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head of Business Development and Commercial Director with the development of a rolling 5-year sales and marketing plan for the business following quantitative analysis of both existing and potential markets for our products and services.
2. Build and maintain healthy and long-lasting key customer relationships for existing and new customers.
3. Provide concise, regular management reporting of all key business metrics.
