The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager in a similar environment, with excellent organizational and leadership abilities, and outstanding communication and people skills. They will have in-depth knowledge of business functions and principles, and be familiar with data analysis and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:

Oversee customer support processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Review financial information and adjust operational budgets for profitability
