Job Purpose
As Performance Analyst you will manage, manipulate and analyse large quantities of data, and then turn this data into information and reports to be used by the business. The data may come from various different sources, and the role will require administration of corporate database and systems.
Support Capital Delivery to deliver a consistent service to customers affected by all of our portfolio of work.
You will also be a point of contact for wider UU customer and wholesale teams, providing a consistent service when dealing with customer contacts, both telephone and written.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Maintaining spreadsheets and updating data. Run regular standard reports that feed into score cards including graphs, pie charts and RAG status tables
* Assisting in the production of new reports and ad hoc provision of information for one-off requests
* Administration of Capital Delivery customer contacts, both written and telephone
* Responsible for all statutory and regulatory reporting ensuring all Guaranteed Standard of Service requirements are adhered to
* Identification of any Guaranteed Standards of Service failures
* Accountability and Ownership of the Planned Shut off process whilst ensuring we meet our wholesale and retail requirements (Non TSA Planned Shut Offs)
* Single point of contact for Capital Delivery Customer queries for the wider UU business teams
* Support the Customer Capital Programme Manager and Senior Third Party Coordinators as required
Technical Skills & Experience
* Good communication skills and strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and spot trends and changes
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems
* Customer focused and at ease when using the telephone / speaking to customers
* Work under supervision with responsibility for ensuring the work is reliable and accurate
* Understanding of the Customer Measure of Experience and Capital Delivery construction methods
* Experience of working in a busy work environment
* Understanding of UU Customer Systems including INS
Qualifications
* GCSE level Grade C or equivalent in Maths
