About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Operative to maintain our factory standards. You will receive comprehensive training and become proficient in various hygiene tasks, including operating waste compactors, mechanical floor cleaning equipment, scrubber driers, and pressure washers. We value a diverse skill set and an enthusiastic attitude.
Key accountabilities:
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Follow Food Safety Procedures and maintain safe working practices.
* Report any machinery issues promptly.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
* Understanding of Food Safety, Technical, and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with machinery.
* Excellent time management.
