We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our clients award-winning podiatry centre. You will play a vital role in supporting the team of podiatrists and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for their patients. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing excellent customer service. Company events and other perks Responsibilities: Greet patients on arrival, manage reception duties, and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule appointments (considering patient needs and podiatrist availability). Send appointment confirmations and reminders. Maintain accurate patient records (adhering to GDPR regulations). Process patient payments (if applicable). Maintain a clean and professional reception area. Assist podiatrists with paperwork and administrative tasks. Completing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Ensuring all experience outstanding levels of customer service and feel valued. Knowledge and Skills: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong experience in office administration. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Accuracy and attention to detail. Discreet and professional manner. Basic understanding of podiatry terminology (desirable).
