Key Responsibilities:
Customer Fulfilment:
* Order taking and logging
* Packing and invoice generation
* Shipping and handling bookings
* Extended warranty support
* Managing and scheduling delivery servicing team
Account Management:
* Setting up trade accounts
* Credit control chasing via phone and email
Stock Control:
* Demo stock management
* Supporting shipping processes
* Dealing with customs, carriers, and VAT deferment
* Stock counting
Customer Sales:
* Handling technical calls and referrals to technicians
* Confirming RMAs and refunds
* Media services support, including Facebook and Mailchimp management
Office Facilities:
* Management of office facilities and services
Skills and Experience Required:
* Good telephone manner
* Willingness to speak to customers
* Attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
IT Skills:
* Proficient in Excel and MS Office packages
* Ability to use Mailchimp
* Understanding of social media packages and ability to respond to messages
* Ability to utilize photo images and create flyers
