About the Role: As a Charter Planning Support Officer, you will work closely with our experienced Charter Planning Team, playing a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality charter flights for our diverse client base. From liaising with clients and crew to managing operational logistics, you will be at the heart of our mission to provide seamless and efficient VIP charter services. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating charter flights, ensuring all operational and customer requirements are met. Liaise with crew, and key stakeholders to provide updates and ensure smooth operations. Support flight scheduling, slot bookings, and aircraft availability planning. Maintain clear communication with internal teams, including operations, Crew Control, Service Delivery, and commercial departments. Assist in the preparation of flight briefs and operational documentation. Assist Crew Control with administrative duties. Assist Hotac department. Contribute to problem-solving and contingency planning to manage any disruptions efficiently. What We’re Looking For A passion for aviation and a keen interest in charter operations. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure. Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-changing environments. Previous experience in aviation, logistics, or a planning role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and develop within the company. Flexibility in working hours and available for some travel when required.
