About the Role: Deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons to students across all key stages, fostering a love of learning about religion and fostering critical thinking skills. Contribute to the development of a stimulating and inclusive RE curriculum aligned with the Catholic ethos of the school. Support the spiritual and moral development of students, promoting Gospel values within the classroom environment. Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the RE department and across the wider school community. The Ideal Candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Religious Education. Possesses a strong understanding of and commitment to the Catholic faith. Demonstrates a proven track record of delivering high-quality RE lessons to secondary school students. Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of varying backgrounds and abilities. Maintains a passion for RE and the ability to inspire a love of the subject in others.
