Junior Marketing Assistant
Location: Watford (On-site)
OTE £20,000 – £25,000 P/year
The Atlas Collective is seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team in Watford.
This is an on-site role, and successful applicants must be able to commute to this location.
As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales. The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, eager to learn, and passionate about marketing. You will bring fresh ideas, think creatively, and contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various channels. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with our brand strategy and reach the target audience effectively.
2. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that boost product sales. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools that enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
3. Customer Engagement & Retention: Help manage and grow our customer base by engaging with clients through various communication channels. Create and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in organising customer events, webinars, and promotional activities.
4. Content Creation: Contribute to content creation, including writing copy for marketing materials and marketing campaigns. Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and messaging.
5. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Analyse data and generate reports to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
6. Marketing Activity Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. Ensure events run smoothly and represent the brand effectively.
7. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and managing marketing databases.
Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
3. Hands-on experience in marketing, sales support, or customer service roles is a plus.
4. Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the team.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
