Kitchen Assistant - Bath, Somerset

We are recruiting a Full-Time Kitchen Porter at WatchHouse Bath work 4 days per week.
You will be responsible for washing cups, plates, cutlery & pots, and pans, keeping floors clean, sanitizing food preparation areas, and occasionally helping with food prep work if required. We've got busy kitchens so we are looking for someone who doesn't mind working at a quick pace.
What you will be doing:
* Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitised and safe.
* Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and end of shifts and throughout the day if needed.
* Wash crockery, cookware, utensils, and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation.
* Keep the food and supply storage areas organised and clean- if required
* Keeping on top of all cleaning rotas, refuse and recycling by "cleaning as you go".
* Take out the rubbish.
* Help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping) when needed.
* Cleaning extraction vents and deep cleaning, weekly cleaning tasks.
