Behaviour Mentor: Location: Birmingham, B29 Salary: £83.33-£105 (daily) Start Date: ASAP Monarch Education are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour mentor to join a school we hire for, located in Birmingham, B29. This school is 'Value's based' and is looking for the right candidate to help promote these. The role is a full-time, within school hours. However part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate. The right candidate must have a proven record of managing challenging behaviour. While working within a child setting is preferred, we are open to considering applications with strong behaviour management skills from other roles. Key Requirements: Proven experience in managing challenging behaviour in a professional role. Experience working with children or young people. Effective communication skills. A patient, understanding and pro-active approach to working with young people. Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. Key responsibilities: Support children or young people in managing and improving their behaviour. Provide one-on-one mentoring to guide students through their emotional and social challenges. Collaborate with teachers, support staff and families to develop tailored behaviour management strategies. Monitor and track progress, ensuring interventions are effective.
