We're seeking a talented Product Delivery Manager with a passion for leveraging technology to revolutionise customer experiences in the energy flexibility space. This role is critical to our growth and will see you leading the charge in developing innovative solutions. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineering squads to craft and execute product strategies that tackle complex challenges related to energy flexibility, bringing your expertise to bear on a rapidly evolving landscape. You'll work closely with both internal teams SAAS providers and our customers to identify the most impactful problems to solve. You'll stay abreast of end-user and customer needs, monitor technological advancements, and explore future possibilities, effectively bridging technology, people, and processes to drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Create and drive forwards a product vision and strategy. Bring together the complex web of opportunities in energy flexibility and build a roadmap that helps. Collaborate across multiple business areas, SAAS providers, Product Managers, Designers and Engineering teams to build great products that customers love Drive a lean experimental approach to unlocking value across the Product area through prototyping. Be obsessed with the customer problem - We don’t walk away until we deliver the desired outcome. Are we the perfect match? Degree qualified equivalent, with strong product experience. Previous experience in delivering complex products. Agile experience and execution skills. Experience of working with SAAS product and technology partners. It would be great if you had: Highly organised, with excellent reporting, problem solving and analytical skills. High degree of resilience, working in a fast-paced agile environment. Solid understanding of technology and associated trends. Adaptable and comfortable working with ambiguity. Excellent communications, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
