Recognised as one of the most innovative companies in the world (for 10 years running), this company is known for producing 3D printers, sensors, laser microscopes amongst many other products that over 300,000 businesses worldwide rely on Having a global footprint with offices as far as Singapore, Sydney, New York they’re now looking for their next cohort of quality graduates to join the direct sales team across their UK offices The Role As a Graduate Sales Engineer, this will be a direct, full-sales cycle role – meaning you’ll become and expert in your field & assigned territory and manage the sales process from start to finish. Your week will be split between office days and field days. Your office days will be spent prospecting and mainly speaking on the phones with customers in which you’ll be setting up meetings & visits for your field days. Typical responsibilities will include: Cold Calling – on your office days, you’ll be prospecting and calling up potential customers to understand their needs and any problems they might be facing. Product Demos – on your field days, you’ll be in person with clients physically demonstrating your products and how they can add value to your potential customers. Collaboration – you’ll be working very closely with team members in other verticals & territories to identify any opportunities to cross or up-sell. What are they looking for? Degreed Educated – for this role, it’s non-negotiable that you have either obtained a degree or due to graduate this year. Adaptable – given the nature of the businesses you’ll be selling to; one day you could be in a boardroom with C-Suite Execs and the next you could be on a factory floor – you’ll need to be able to adapt to different scenarios. Competitive & Driven – you’ll have previous examples which highlight that you’re someone that’s competitive and always wants to do the best that they can do. Driving License – given the nature of the role, a full clean driving license is required. What’s in it for you?
