Job Description
3. Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure efficient processing of payrolls.
4. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payrolls.
5. Manage the monthly and annual reporting of payroll-related figures.
6. Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary payroll-related information.
7. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
8. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related queries.
9. Continually improve payroll processes and systems.
10. Support other accounting and finance tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Advisor should have:
11. A relevant educational background in Accounting or Finance.
12. Proven experience in managing and executing payroll processes.
13. A solid understanding of payroll systems and regulations.
