Independent UK lifestyle media brand is seeking a commercially driven Head of Brand Partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced media sales professional to join a multi-award-winning digital platform at a pivotal time in their growth journey.
With a premium client list this brand has built a strong reputation for its intelligent, irreverent editorial style and highly engaged female audience. Following 90% year-on-year growth, 2025 is set to be a transformative year — and this role is central to that expansion.

The Opportunity
This is a key senior role responsible for driving commercial revenue through partnerships with both media agencies and premium national brands. You’ll be selling cross-platform campaigns including digital display, branded content, video, podcast, social, competitions and live events.
You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on — someone who can open doors, build strong relationships at all levels, and pitch innovative, effective media solutions that meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue by selling creative, cross-platform campaigns to brands and agencies
* Identify and convert new business opportunities with a strong focus on growth
* Build and maintain senior-level relationships across the media and client landscape
* Respond to content and media briefs with well-developed, creative proposals
* Articulate the brand’s tone, values and audience with confidence and clarity
* Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitch materials
* Deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 7 years’ experience in media, digital or brand partnership sales
* A solid contact book of agencies and relevant brand-side marketers
* Demonstrable success in securing and growing high-value partnerships
* Experience selling across a range of channels — digital, branded content, podcasts, events, etc.
* Strong understanding of the media agency landscape and buying processes
* Proactive, motivated and highly organised — thrives in a fast-moving environment
