TRS Staffing Solutions are excited to announce the opportunity for a Site Engineer to work for an engineering, procurement and construction company, who specialises in:
residential, commercial, public, technology, infrastructure and data centre markets
What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing parts of construction projects
2. Overseeing building work and undertaking site surveys
3. Setting out sites and organising facilities
4. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
5. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
6. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
7. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
8. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
9. Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
10. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
11. Developing CAD/ design drawings for the clients and asset owners
12. Any other reasonable requests as required by Management
