Job Title: Customer Success Manager

The Role:
· Building and managing long term relationships (C-level to operations)
· Retaining and developing the customers portfolio
· Preventing Churn
· Driving revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sell
· Monitoring your KPIs and your monthly targets
· Sending commercial proposals
· Working closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams
The Requirements:
· Background on site in the construction industry OR as a CSM in ConTech
· 4+ years experience
· Experience in Project Management or Business Change a plus
The Process:
· 1st: video or telephone interview with hiring manager
· 2nd: role play
· 3rd: Final with SLT
