The Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to provide 2nd and 3rd line support while taking a hands-on role in key IT projects. You will play a pivotal part in the migration of our on-premises technology to an Azure cloud environment, followed by ongoing support and additional project work to enhance and optimize our systems. This hybrid role combines technical expertise with a focus on collaboration, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day operations and transformative projects. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for IT systems and users across the organization. Lead and participate in the migration of on-premises systems to Azure cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and implement IT solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure business continuity. Provide ongoing support for Azure cloud environments and related technologies. Contribute to project work aimed at improving IT systems and processes. Requirements: 8 years' IT Support experience. Proven experience in 2nd and 3rd line IT support roles. Strong technical skills with Azure cloud and related Microsoft technologies. Experience with system migrations, particularly on-prem to cloud environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
