Base pay range
Role: Technology Programme Manager – Children’s and Adults
Work Arrangement: Part-time (4 days per week) for an initial period of 6 months, with onsite presence as required.
You will be delivering technology projects to meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards, aligning with the council’s strategic goals.
* Oversee enhancements to the Mosaic system, including data cleansing, compliance with retention standards, and workflow optimisation.
* Manage the implementation of the Mosaic portal for Financial Assessments and improvements to the Capita One system, including introducing the SEND Portal.
* Redesign and improve SEND Forms to streamline user experience and service efficiency.
* Spearhead CRM solution rollouts for Education and leverage Power BI for advanced data insights.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience managing technology programmes in the public sector, particularly in children’s and adult services.
* Strong project management expertise, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Proficiency in analysing complex data and deriving actionable insights.
* Familiarity with Mosaic and Capita One systems is highly advantageous.
* Experience in CRM implementation and expertise in BI tools, such as Power BI.
