To help us to achieve this we are looking for a passionate Recruitment Advisor to join our high performing recruitment team to attract the best talent to the business. You’ll work collaboratively with the business to provide advice and guidance on all recruitment activity. By proactively managing each recruitment campaign you’ll attract a diverse pipeline of candidates and select the best candidates using fair and inclusive selection methods ensuring compliance with our policies. With a focus on delivering a great customer experience for both hiring managers and candidates, you’ll make sure that we are promoting the Anglian Water employer brand to deliver our employer of choice goal, this could be in person at recruitment events or virtually. Travel to these events across the region will be required on a regular basis. In addition to campaign management, you’ll also work on projects to enhance experience, process or attraction and sourcing channels. What do you need?
