Tele-Sales Representative – UK based German Speaker

Our client is looking for a German and English speaking Tele-Sales Representative to contact existing and potential customers through tele-sales activity and record activity.
Experience and Skill set:
•Excellent knowledge of English and German
•Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
•Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Responsibilities:
•Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a products or service using scripts in both English and German
•Answer questions about products or the company
•Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
•Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed – setting appointments as required
•Enter and update customer information in Hubspot
•Process orders in an accurate manner – progress to Quotation via Hubspot workflow
•Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
•Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
•Continuous improvement on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
•Measured success to be monitored with delivery against impact – daily, weekly and monthly Reporting
