Job Description
* Leading the waiting team by example, setting and demanding a high standard of customer service and making sure the venue looks the best it can at all times.
* The position is for a full-time contract, and ideal candidates will have:
o The ability to manage and maintain control of bookings and walk-in guests
o Confidence and understanding of different customers’ needs
o Self-motivation and resourcefulness
o A keen attention to detail.
o The ability to effectively manage themselves and others on busy shifts
o Host and Floor Management
o Direct customer service and waiting tables
o Helping manage all aspects of service
o Customer communication/troubleshooting
o Swift communication, flagging any issues
Qualifications
o At least 2 years in a similar position
o Barista and bar training is a bonus
